Swim: Out-and-back course around the island.
Bike: Rolling hills on Brady's Run Road.
Run: Crushed gravel trail with a significant climb early in the course.
Finish: Located adjacent to transition and the lake.

Swim Course
After the swim preview, athletes will be lined up by race number.
When your name is called, enter the water and choose a position along the starting rope.
Athletes must keep one hand on the starting rope until the race begins.
The swim course is an out-and-back format.
Super Sprint athletes will swim to the first buoy, turn right, continue to the second buoy, turn right again, and return to shore.
Keep the island on your right throughout the swim.
On the final approach to the swim exit, keep the sighting buoys on your left to avoid debris near the shoreline.
Youth athletes will follow a shorter version of the course.
All athletes will exit the water at the peninsula and proceed to transition.

T1 (Swim to Bike Transition)
Exit the water at the peninsula swim exit.
Run along the shoreline, keeping the shelter on your left.
Continue through the grassy area and cross the bridge.
Enter the transition area from the south side.
Locate your assigned bike rack and prepare for the bike portion of the race.
Exit transition from the north side to begin the bike course.
The bike course begins with rolling hills.

Bike Course
The bike course features rolling hills and consists of one or more loops depending on your race division.
Exit transition and head toward the roadway.
Turn left onto Brady's Run Road and continue toward the Recreation Center.
Turn right to ride around the Recreation Center building.
Turn left back onto Brady's Run Road and continue toward the transition area.
Athletes in the 10 & Under Age Group race will complete one loop of the course.
Super Sprint athletes will make a U-turn and complete a second loop before returning to transition.
Follow all course markings and directions from race officials and volunteers.
Athletes must remain on the right side of the road at all times.
Crossing the center line is a safety violation and may result in disqualification.

T2 (Bike to Run Transition)
After completing the required number of bike loops, return to the transition area.
Re-enter transition from the south side.
Return to your designated transition spot.
Rack your bike before beginning the run portion of the race.
Your running gear should already be set up at your assigned transition location.
Once ready, proceed to the run course exit.

Run Course
Exit transition and turn left toward Brady's Run Road.
Turn right and continue toward the intersection.
Make a U-turn at the intersection and head back toward the transition area.
Before reaching transition, turn right onto the gravel trail.
Follow the trail uphill to the turnaround cone and timing mat.
Make a U-turn at the timing mat and continue back down the hill.
Follow the gravel trail and cross the bridge used during the swim-to-bike transition.
Continue along the gravel trail on the north side of the lake.
At the final turnaround, double back and follow the course to the finish line.
Athletes must stay to the right side of the trail and roadway to avoid interfering with other competitors.
The run course is primarily crushed gravel, with small sections on asphalt and grass.
Coaches and spectators are not permitted on the lake trail but may view the run from designated roadway areas without interfering with athletes.
Athletes assessed a penalty must stop at the penalty tent before the finish line and serve their penalty before continuing to the finish.
